FFT-G Redbridge

We are seeking experienced, suitably qualified and motivated staff for our new Functional Family Therapy (Gangs) team to work with us in Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver an evidence-based intervention, working with the FFT developers and Family Psychology Mutual, a staff owned company. You will be working with young people at risk of gang involvement and exploitation, usually aged 10-14. The team will be embedded with the Redbridge Family Intervention Team (FIT) where we anticipate close inter-agency collaboration, joint working and the use of shared systems. This is an opportunity to work with a leading authority and a staff-led provider company developing new ways of intervening to protect and support young people and their families with complex needs and challenges.  This is an exciting time to join a new team and to develop your skills within a highly supported environment. There is the opportunity for progression to become a FFT Supervisor in year two with training in the USA.

 

Salary:  £36,992 - £55,562 (including outer London Weighing)

Location:  Redbridge

Hours: 37 Hours 

Contract: Fixed term to September 2021 (with possible extension and permanence).

FFT-CW Norfolk

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified staff member to join our Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare Service in Norfolk as a FFT CW Worker. This is the second FFT CW team established in the UK so this is an exciting development. This is an outcomes based contract for children 11-17 at risk of care entry (using a social impact bond structure) therefore the service is expected to deliver outcomes for young people and their families where care placement or custody are likely.  You will be joining a current team of 5 therapists.  The team has been operational since March of this year.  The position is countywide but the successful candidate will be mostly covering the North and Broadland area of Norfolk.  This is an exciting time to join and to develop your skills within the team.

FFT Suffolk

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified individual to join our recently established Functional Family Therapy Service in Suffolk as FFT Workers. This is an outcomes based contract for children 11-17 at risk of care entry (using a social impact bond structure) therefore the service is expected to deliver outcomes for young people and their families where care placement or custody are likely. You will join a team of 5 FFT workers covering Suffolk and embedded into the Social Care Teams in Ipswich, Lowestoft and Bury St Edmunds. Secondments from Suffolk County Council will be considered.  This is a County based service but this post is likely to cover the Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich area.

 

Salary:  £33,222 - £49,969

Location:  Bury St Edmunds/Ipswich, Suffolk

Hours: 37 Hours 

Contract: Permanent

Positive Families Partnership - London

Positive Families Partnership is a ground breaking programme providing Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to families in 8 London Boroughs.  Family Psychology Mutual provides the FFT team in Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bexley, Merton, Sutton and Mitcham. The team consists of 2 Supervisors, 4 FFT Workers and a part-time Business Support Officer to provide administrative support.
