With an expanding portfolio of work Family Psychology Mutual is driven to deliver high quality evidence-based interventions, particularly for young people at risk of entry into public care or custody.
Our focus is on the effective engagement of families and young people to enable lasting change. We are a direct provider of services and have advised and programme managed several services across Eastern England and in London.
Some of our services are delivered through social investment, social impact bonds and outcome-based contracts.
FPM is a social enterprise jointly owned by a motivated and qualified clinical team with experience of implementation and the delivery of high quality services to families using effective clinical interventions.
FPM recruits and trains and coaches staff to become Functional Family Therapists. We want you to be the best practitioner you can be and offer clinical support and a clear training pathway with continuous professional development for your role.
FPM enables families to achieve their potential, to overcome barriers and issues so that children and young people can live safely home. We will build on your strengths, develop new skills and create opportunities for sustainable change with you.
