Our aim is to develop long term working relationships and to build trust and understanding of needs, pressures and to seek opportunities for positive engagement. The continuous governance and performance management of teams, ensuring high utilisation, overcoming blocks and obstacles and using data analytics are all key to establishing dynamic services which will deliver the results which are mutually desired. We have worked in fee for service arrangements and in outcome based contracts. Developing understanding of the potential of the interventions which we provide and managing a system to make best use of this is often time consuming work which requires joint work and collaboration. We have good relationships in the areas in which we work and place a high value on our positive interactions. We are very happy to discuss needs and solutions with commissioners and to engage in the process of early exploratory conversations through to tendering and then mobilisation and service initiation. We know that commissioners have to satisfy and justify their decisions through their organisations and we know that process can take time to achieve.
