FPM has extensive clinical programme management experience of the implementation of evidence based interventions with consultant clinical psychologists and family therapists overseeing the implementation and mobilisation of service delivery. Local Authorities can assess this service in assisting them to mobilise, deliver and oversee their evidence-based programmes as required. FPM has long term links with MST Services and FFT LLC.

Having implemented numerous interventions FPM can draw on practice experience and academic research using implementation science to utilise and manage initial implementation and mobilisation through to long term sustainment of practice change. This includes the offer of advisory services and support. FPM has conducted advisory work for Social Finance, Children in Need and for the UK MST Network Partnership.
